Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unfortunately not able to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, the piece must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Only regular-priced items may be refunded — sale items are final.
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the credit is applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
